This product is covered by a 6-month warranty starting from the date shown on the invoice issued by the distributor. Customers are advised to keep the purchase invoice (or proof of purchase) to protect their rights.
If no proof of purchase is provided, the warranty period will be determined based on the product’s serial number.
Damage or malfunction caused by improper use or disassembly is not covered under warranty.
If the customer removes or replaces the original warranty serial number sticker, or if the serial number sticker does not match the product model/specifications, or if the serial number is altered, worn, or missing, or if there is no Mars serial number label on the product, the warranty will be voided and no repair services will be provided.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') form a binding agreement between you (the 'User') and Mars e-Bank.com Inc. (the 'Company'), governing your use of the Mars eSIM website ('Website', 'Store') and related services. Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
